We are prayerfully seeking leaders, teachers, and churches that feel called to partner with us on this great adventure! The vision God has given for this program is one that is much bigger than any one person, one church, one community. This is a vision that calls for people of all different ages and backgrounds and beliefs and skill-sets to come together as one, as a family, as a team unified by the vision of Chrysalis.

We believe that it is important to set a consistent standard for our whole team from the very beginning as far as training and getting everybody on the same page so we can work together to offer a consistent experience for our students and all other Chrysalis participants. Much like a certain amusement park in Anaheim and in Florida (and other locations around the world), it's very important for us to ensure that every person that comes through our doors gets a consistent experience that is distinctly "Chrysalis".
